Still love my Big Shot
I have loved my Big Shot for over two years now. I own the Cricut Expression, C2 and the Cuttlebug. I always reach for the Big Shot instead of the Cuttlebug. The Cuttlebug can wobble if I don't have it set right.
Amazingly sharp clean cuts
I bought this during a sale with free shipping! Love the clean sharp edges of all the cuts, and it does a lovely job with all brands of dies and embossing folders. I even flatten bottle caps with no problem. I own both the Cuttlebug and the Big Shot. There is no difference in operation, however, when I need 1/4" more space to run my project thru, I must take out the Big Shot. The Cuttlebug opening is 1/4" smaller than the Big Shot.
Way to GO!
I am new to card making and ust have spent a good week researching which die cut/emboss machine I should purchase. I chose the Sizzix Big Shot. I reviewed discussion blogs, website reviews, and youtube videos on both this machine and the Cuttlebug. I am very happy with my decison. The handle, platform, and stability is worth the room this machine takes up. vv

A Plus for Scrapbooking
It beats the electronic machines in my opinion, easy to take to scrapbooking night out, the new assorted dies coming out all the time are great. Others I know have bought one after trying mine out.
Wish I bought it sooner...
The Big Shot is FANTASTIC!! I did a LOT of research into this and the new CBug. I wish I would have bought this sooner but I wanted to be sure!! Simple - cuts everything crisp & clean - embossing is perfect. I've used several brands of dies & embossing folders and they have all worked great. LOVE it!! My 12yr old does too!!
