Sent me the wrong machine!!!!
I will NEVER order anthing from them again. They sent the wrong machine. It took me 30 days to get the machine I actually ordered. I should have kept the embroidery machine they sent me and sold it on EBAY. I would have made enough to buy several machines. The phone center staff was rude and left me hanging. I will have to wait to actually rate the machine.

Disappointed!!!!!
I thought the description of this machine was great--also a reasonable price. I sat down to use it the other day to do the quilting on a project and I could not get the bobbin winder to work. The needle would not disengage & after a couple of seconds the machine stopped and a number 88 flashed in the screen. I've tried everything, but to now avail. I was also disappointed that the manual does not have any information about the walking foot or quilting. Go figure!! I did get some information from the company about the walking foot via email, but it was only about putting it on. Iva

Received my machine today, quicker than expected. It is an upgrade from my current Singer. Great value, especially at this site. Local store listed it "on sale" for $399. Stitches are beautiful. Machine runs very smooth compared to others I had tested. It has to work great because my sewing is my "bread and butter." Thanks Singer and thank you Joanns for a good buy.

WONDERFUL!
I LOVE this sewing machine. I purchased it last Christmas for myself. I have had NO problems with it at all. The price was amazing for everything that came with it. I have made 11 quilts, 17 quilted tote bags, and 50 or so quilted journal covers. My 11 year old daughter has asked for this sewing machine as a Christmas present.

Great Machine
I Love this machine. It took a bit to get used too, but I just played with the stitches and had fun. My only complaint is the walking foot. It does not work well, the fabric still bunches up with it because it does not "pull" enough. I finally went back to the one I used with my "old" machine, and my problem was solved. Other than that it's a great machine. I have made and quilted 8 quilts for my kids for Xmas and have used the fancy stitches for quilting. I haven't figured out the quilting stitch yet. Also, I love the fact that the needle finishes in the "up" position when I stop sewing. I have been sewing since I was 11 years old so I have sewed on lots of machines and I really like this one. won't quilt
i really like this machine but i bought it to quilt with. i haven't really been satisfied with how it quilts. i have a fleece quilt & the stitches bunch up. i thought that maybe the fabric was too thick so i'm trying it on a plain cotton fabric quilt to see how it works. i'll play around with it some more & see if it's just a learning curve on my part. the regular stitches do ok on the quilt but when i select quilting stitch they bunch up. i do like the fancy stitches since the other sewing machine i own is a 30 year old kenmore which we bought to sew knits.

Great Fun
Bought this machine a month ago and have really enjoyed using it, it is really nice to have the stitch features it has and I have quilted one of my great grandaughter's quilts on it. Well worth the money.
