Frustrated with the app.
I was so frustrated when I placed an order because of the times I was redirected and when I finished my online order after 29 minutes of trying, I lost the desk and was being charged for shipping for the picture frame and the thread. I gave up and finally came in to get the goods I wanted.

Real wood & glass
Delighted to find frames with actual wood & glass - and (on sale) cheaper than plastic and acrylic ones! I got six at my local store for a grouping and the color/quality (including position of hangers) were consistent.
Two minor annoyances:
- the four cardboard corner protectors were all stapled on with two long staples each, and took a flat-blade screwdriver AND pliers to remove - there’s a risk of damage.
- the mat is a dingy purple grey, not a pure white. My prints have a cream background so I wasn’t expecting a match but was hoping for at least a neutral white. Likely going to replace sooner rather than later but the frames are valuable enough even without the mats.
