This company (Kenny's) sent me rods that not only have no instructions but no website instructions or video. I have had several people look at these and NOT ONE PERSON could figure the parts out in terms of how to install..I have wasted so much time on this purchase. which is what I intend to do. I would have given this a "0" if I could! I don't blame Joann's at all. They have been great. The manufacturer is the problem.
