I have bought this product many times over the last few years and I have noticed that the last several bolts that I have received have been very 'LUMPY'. I use this for making quilts that we give away to those in need so I have to be careful with expenditures and have never had issues with it until the last year or so.

Should've stuck with cotton; polyester is evil!
Thought I'd use cheap batting for placemats I quilted by hand.
I had just made a quilt for my bed and wouldn't have any polyester on my bedding or clothing - it's just too hot and doesn't breathe.
The cotton batting was a dream to sew, and that batting was even in thickness and felt more durable than this polyester fluff.
