Create beautiful bows and swags, spectacular puffs, even use as ribbon for gift wrap! Simply cut to desired lengths.
I also make tutus but for local craft shows, usually 4-5 tutus a day while being a stay at home mom. For some reason the tulle from JoAnn is a lesser quality than tulle distributors. The tulle is often ripped, folded, snagged and in general not a good quality. In general I have to cut off about 2 feet total, that's a lot for the money you pay for these! I buy from a wholesale distributor for $1.30(!) a roll and they are flawless. http://www.giftsintl-us.com/tullefabric.php that is where I buy them.
I used the light pink tulle to make a tutu for my daughter's Halloween costume. Turned out well. I learned to make the tutu from a YouTube video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B7aSPMEn7S0
