I used the Quick Dry Tacky Glue to glue small pieces (samples) of curling ribbon and raffia to cardstock and I have these reference sheets hanging in my cubicle. However, in about 5 months, of the 100-110 pieces I glued, about 9 or 10 have come unglued and fallen off. So, it looks like the glue works great if it doesn't have to keep holding for a long period of time.
Aleenes Quick Dry Tacky glue is the best. I use it almost on a daily basis in my preschool classes. I only wish it would come in gallon size so it would be more cost effective in the classroom, especially a preschool classroom where space is at a minimum to dry class projects.
I am a maskmaker (cloth mache) and costumer, and I have bought regular Aleene's Tacky Glue in the gallon size, and other Aleene's products, for 20 years. The Quick Dry is worth having on hand for a little time saving. I wish it was offered in at least a 16 oz. size, for econonmy of purchase, storage, and fewer plastic bottles in the landfill.
