My daughter received this machine as a present last christmas. I was very very disappointed. I have been sewing for over 20 years and couldnt get this machine to sew more than a few stitches without getting stuck. Please dont waste your money. Teach your child on a real machine. They wont get so frustrated and give up!
surprising (in a good way)
I was very unsure about this product due to the reviews from this site and others. However, after buying this machine for my 8 year old grandaugther, I was happy to find that the reviews are misleading. This machine is very easy to use. The only exception is if you use very thin material. It will get stuck in the machine and not sew it correctly. If you use felt or other thicker fabircs it works great.
