1. Prepare brownie batter according to recipe directions. Bake in mold supported on cookie sheet. Allow to cool in mold for 5 minutes, unmold and then allow to cool completely on cooling grid.
2. Insert 8" lollipop stick. Melt light cocoa and white Candy Melts® candy according to package directions. Dip lollipop stick into melted light cocoa Candy Melts® candy; insert into bottom of brownie pop. Place brownie pops into pops decorating stand and allow to cool in refrigerator until set.
3. Decorate brownie pops. Holding by lollipop stick, dip brownie pops into either melted light cocoa or white Candy Melts® candy. Immediately sprinkle with rainbow jimmies, chocolate flavored jimmies or turtle crunch. Or, use melted white Candy Melts® candy and a cut parchment bag to attach jumbo nonpareils. Place brownie pops into pops decorating stand and allow to cool in refrigerator until set.
