Rails
Are the rails installed correctly? The wider part should be on top and the narrow side towards the bottom. The directions are not clear on that, but I have no problems with mine installed that way.

Santa husband bought me 4 of these for Christmas and I love them. They evey hold my Cricut cartridge boxes which is nice. They are sturdy and even on the casters are stable compared to some of the other carts I have bought in the past. Now I need to measure and order some more ... yes I am an art bin junkie
Art Bin Cube
I, too, had problems with the width of the rails, so I purchased double sided foam tape and placed two layers of it on the inside of the rails and then put them in place. They do double duty....keep the rails in place and push them out far enough to keep the bins from tipping. Love the cubes.....have my entire collection of Isacord thread in them and now it is easy to find what I am looking for!

go to you local hardware. to big store like lowe's and buy rails that are longer you can also get them to be wider also for boxed that are smaller too.
Artbin Cube Rails
I love the cubes; they are perfect for my needs. Unfortunately, the rails seem too narrow. Some of the boxes slip sideways off of the rails making it difficult to remove the box below. Weight or box type does not seem to matter as it occurs to different boxes at different times. I have noticed that on the boxes in question, the sides seem to be narrower at the center where the rails are. Maybe if the rails were longer it would catch the sturdier corners of the boxes. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, what was your solution?

almost perfect
Direction were not entirely clear had to have husband help with an electric screwdriver. With that said, it is the perfect place to storage the artbin containers. I bought 4 of these and no longer trip over the individual cases. I have all of my paper secure, dry,clean in my basement craft room. Wish it held the new cricut cartridge container. If they reconfigure I will purchase it as well
