SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

  • Lion Brand® knitting supplies:
  • Vanna's Choice® Yarn 1 skein Magenta (A), 1 skein Charcoal Grey (B)
  • Vanna's Glamour™ Yarn 1 skein Jewel (C), 1 skein Moonstone (D)
  • Knitting needles, size 10.5

GAUGE:
19 sts = 4" in pattern with one strand of A or B, or 2 strands of C or D. Be sure to check your gauge. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you less stitches and rows to make a 4" square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

Notes:
1. All sl sts should be slipped as if to purl.
2. With yarn in front (wyif) refers to the side of the work facing you as you work the row; with yarn in back (wyib) refers to the side of the work that is away from you as you work the row.
3. To move yarn from front to back or back to front, bring yarn between needles. Take care not to wrap yarn over a needle, this could create an additional st.
