Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too thick! The diameter of this needle is thicker than the normal John James quilting betweens. It is harder on the wrist/hand for hand quilters because you have to exert more effort to go thru all layers of the quilt.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from way too little The big eyed quilting needles were bigger in the picture. I can't possibly thread these. I thought they had big eyes, like 1/2" or so. Really tiny though, can hardly see them.
