MN Sales TAX??
What does MN sales tax have to do with the quality of this fleece? This reviewer skewed the reviews of this fleece with a personal complaint...so ill give it 5 to balance it out...good fleece, good price.

I've been buying Joanns's blizzard flleece for years and have never been disappointed. I make baby and adult blankets with this fleece and have never had problems with a bad smell before or after washing. This fleece works up nicely and washes up nicely with no pilling. You can't beat it for the price!

Fleece is magical! I make fleece blankets to fleece scarves and this product is very good. I would suggest buying the anti-pill though. It is a little thinner, but doesnt pill! Overall this is a great product.

Great color choice!
I nearly did not buy this b/c of a review about the smell of it that wouldn't wash out?? I chose the Wedgewood blue fot the back side of one of those fleece tyed blankets. There is NO off smell. It is just VERY NICE & soft fleece. I ordered 2 yards of it, and they gave me the remnant of it. I am very happy with my purchase, and very much look forward to using my soft, warm blankie.
Chemical Smell
This fabric has a chemical smell after washing. My guess is that it was fumigated when it entered the US from China. Joann's needs to buy US goods. Won't be buying this again.

I made over 50 tie blankets for Christmas and birthdays presents. I used some kits but bought a lot from the bolts. I went to 6 stores in my area to buy this fabric. In a couple of the stores, the MANAGER was rude. I found overall the employees to be very helpful and nice. One thing I made sure to do was to tell the employees how nice and helpful they were. The coupons were a big big plus. I'd shop there anytime. Thank you.
