Easy to Make Mason Jar Luminaries and Winter Fairy Garden

Winter is in full swing and it’s time to warm up with some mason jar luminaries! Emily here from B. Lovely Events and I love mason jars because they are so versatile and you really can do anything with them. I designed these mason jar luminaries with a winter wonderland in mind. Using lots of white, evergreen and berries, I wanted to show off winter’s best offerings. I’ll take you through the steps on making each one. Hint– They are a quick and easy craft for a snowy day!

All Wrapped Up In Fur

A warm and cozy look for your mason jar luminary that reminds me of being wrapped in a fur coat for winter. The pom pom berries remind me of a detail faux coats would have. The jar is finished off with a faux pearl bracelet because everyone that I know what wears white fur coats, also wear pearl necklaces too!

In The Evergreen Forest

Our next decorated mason jar luminary reminds me of being right in the middle of an evergreen forest. The jar is covered in faux evergreen branches and accentuated with frosted branches to give it more of a winter feel. I had to add the red frosted berries on there too because it is one of my favorite winter looks.

Winter Wonderland

This last look is completely inspired by winter snow. I just love the big soft snowflakes that trickle down to the ground during the wintertime. This mason jar luminary is covered with snowflakes and really looks like snow. I added in winter evergreen branches with pine cones and berries to really give it a frost effect.

I just love these little fairy garden houses they have. They have such intricate details and the cutest little features that are perfect for fairies.

I added in winter butterflies, birds, snowy trees, winter branches and a small little wood fire to bring it all together. Add in the faux snow from your mason jar project and you have a complete look!

I am just loving these two looks together. If you love the soft falling snow during the wintertime as much as I do then these projects are totally for you. If you are looking for something to do on a snowy day too, these easy DIY projects can’t be beaten!
