Step 2. Un-package fondant, kneed and take off a piece a little smaller than the palm of your hand.
Step 3. Roll and flatten to about 1-2 cm.
Step 4. Either use cookie cutters or trace your upside-down cupcake with the knife on fondant to cut out shapes. Set aside extra fondant.
Step 5. Get ready to splatter! Pick your first color. Dip your paint brush in your water cup, in the food dye and then back in the water cup. Hold the paintbrush over your fondant and tap the brush!
Repeat Step 5 with all desired colors.
