Six years later, she has now switched her focus to womenswear made with chunky and extra-large fibers. Jessica loves to showcase how a "grandma"-viewed craft can truly blend effortlessly in today’s modern designs.

Meet Kim, founder of The Celebration Shoppe, a blog dedicated to crafty party and holiday ideas, easy home decor DIY, and whipping up fun foods. Kim is a southern girl living in Ohio, who grew up under the wings of a grandmother that quilted the most amazing creations and a mother who never saw a piece of fabric she didn’t like.
After going the route of the MBA and corporate job, she left that crazy world behind to pursue her passions for crafting and baking and to raise her two young boys (which often entails hiking off trail, catching frogs and enthusiastically cheering for every sport they want to play… which is all of them) with her husband of 18 years.
Kim believes that the little details matter and prefers hanging out with her family for a night on the town. She loves to read, although she hasn’t read a novel of her own choosing in years since her boys select the titles and they read a chapter each night together before bed. She’s an early bird and most days you can find her sipping coffee while she sketches, crafts, styles and photographs her latest idea in her home studio.
