DIRECTIONS:

GAUGE
3 Cl-shell = about 6-1/2" + 12 rows = about 4-1/2" over pattern.
BE SURE TO CHECK GAUGE.
When matching the gauge in a pattern, the project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes fewer stitches and rows to match the gauge, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

Stitch Note:
Cl (2 double crochet cluster)
Yarn over, insert hook in indicated st and draw up a loop, yarn over and draw through 2 loops on hook (2 loops rem on hook), yarn over, insert hook in same st and draw up a loop, yarn over and draw through 2 loops on hook, yarn over and draw through all loops on hook.

Row 2: Ch 1, turn, sc in first sc, *ch 1, sk next ch-3 sp, Cl-shell in next ch-3 sp, ch 1, sk next ch-3 sp, sc in next sc; rep from * to end of row – 12 Cl-shell at the end of this row.
Row 3: Ch 7 (counts as tr, ch 3 in this row and in all following rows), turn, sk first ch-3 sp, (sc in next ch-3 sp, ch 3) twice, tr in next sc, *ch 3, sk next ch-3 sp, (sc in next ch-3 sp, ch 3) twice, tr in next sc; rep from * to end of row – 37 tr and 36 ch-3 sps.

Weave in ends.
