this is a very good machine. It is so versatile. it is so easy to use. And you can do so much with it. Very easy from a beginner to a person that has been sewing a long time. Would highly recommend.

Best Machine I've ever had
Although I didn't get this machine from Jo-Ann's, I love it. I haven't used the embroidery feature much but I use mine more for macine quilting. It is the best machine I've ever had.
Missing parts
I just unpacked my machine. I am missing 9 parts. I have called everyone trying to find them. As of yet, after 9 hours of searching still no luck. Any ideas would be great.
Good machine
Although I have been sewing for years, this is my first experience with embroidery. Is a great machine for small projects as hoop limits the size unless you rehoop. Had problems with bobbin tension at first until learned to thread properly.
Absolutely love it
We love this machine. It is very easy to use for a machine that does so much. Runs very quitely and smoothly. Highly recommend it.
LOVE IT
Love this machine!! Just got it for Christmas and already I have made a custom logo using the free stitch era software on my computer and then loaded it on the machine.. Very user friendly!
