Lauren Bozich and Marianne Carroll are co-owners of White Flower Cake Shoppe, which boasts several locations across the greater Cleveland, Ohio, area. They've been invited to participate in four Food Network Challenges, and White Flower Cake Shoppe was featured on WE tv's "Amazing Wedding Cakes." Lauren and Marianne also teach cake decorating classes in their Ohio shops, as well as globally.

Materials: What you Need

1 . Buttercream (recipe included)
2 . Cake layers and cupcakes
3 . Gel color
4 . Turntable
5 . Pastry bags (disposable or cloth) and couplers
6 . Assorted piping tips
7 . 12" (30 cm) cake drum or cake board
8 . 8" (20 cm) circle cake boards or a dinner plate
9 . Small and large offset spatulas
10 . Stainless steel spackling tool
11 . Toothpicks
12 . Plastic container or bucket at least 4" (10 cm) tall 
13 . Parchment or waxed paper
