How does it work?

Our new Buy Online, Pick-Up In-Store program allows you to purchase items online and pick them up at a store location near you as early as the same day! It's fast and you save on shipping fees! Just follow a few simple steps:

1. Look for items on joann.com marked FREE Store Pick‑Up

2. Add items to your shopping bag

3. At checkout, choose which items to ship and which ones to pick-up in store

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email followed by a ƏReady for Pick-upƓ email. Please wait until you receive the "Ready for Pick-up" email before you arrive at the store to pick-up your items.

To pick-up your order in store, bring the "Ready for Pick-up" email and a valid government ID to the registers. We will send you an e‑mail receipt confirming your order was picked-up.

Why is Buy Online Pick-Up In-Store not available at my local store?

Due to holiday volume, Buy Online Pick-Up In-Store is available at limited locations only. The service will return on Monday, November 27, 2017.

When will my order be ready?

Due to holiday volume, your order may take longer than expected to fulfill. We will send you a "Ready for Pick-Up" email when you order is ready. Most orders placed by 5 p.m. will be available for store pick-up same day! Orders placed after 5 p.m. will be available for pick-up the next day. We will send you a "Ready for Pick‑Up" email when you order is ready.

Where do I go and what do I bring with me to the store?

When you arrive at the store, head straight to the checkout line and the next available cashier will be able to get your items and complete your order. Lucky for you though thereā€™s no need to hurry, avoid the rush and pick-up in-store once the crowds are gone. Please bring your "Ready for Pick‑Up" email and a valid government ID with you to make pick‑up faster.

How do I know if an item is eligible for pick‑up?

Look for items on joann.com marked FREE Store Pick‑Up. You can also narrow your results to see only eligible items in the top and left hand navigation. Shop all eligible Store Pick‑Up items.

Can I use coupons for an order placed online for store pick‑up?

Buy Online, Pick‑Up In‑Store orders will follow the same coupon policy as online orders. Visit our FAQ's for more details.

How long do I have to pick‑up my order?

Your order will be available at the store you selected for 3 days after receiving your "Ready for Pick‑up" email. If you do not pick‑up your order, we will return your order to our shelves. If you would like to reorder the item(s), please resubmit the order.

How do I cancel my purchase?

If your order is not picked up within 3 days of purchase date, it will be cancelled on the 4th day and the authorization on your card will be removed. However, if you wish to cancel your purchase sooner please contact the store listed on your order confirmation email and a team member will be able to cancel your order.

How do I return my purchase?

If you would like to return any items from your order, just bring the items and your final receipt email to any store location. Check our return policy for guidelines and restrictions.

+- Can I pick‑up some items at a store and have others shipped to an address?

Yes, at checkout you can choose which items to ship and which items to pick‑up.

Can someone else pick-up my order for me?

Yes, you can assign an alternate person to pick‑up your order during the last step of the checkout process. Simply provide their first and last name. You will also need to forward the "Ready for Pick‑up" email to this person. They will need to provide this email and a valid ID at the time of pick‑up.

Can I select the Buy Online, Pick‑Up In-Store option while shopping JOANN on my mobile phone?

Yes, you will be able to select the Buy Online, Pick‑Up In-Store option while shopping on joann.com from your mobile phone. Note that Buy Online, Pick‑Up In‑Store is not currently available at this time from the JOANN mobile app.

+- Can I receive a text message when my store order is ready for pick‑up?

Not yet. At this time we will send you a "Ready for Pick‑up" email when your order is ready.

What if I placed an order for Buy Online, Pick‑Up In-Store after the store is closed?

Your order will be available for pick‑up on the next day your store is open. We'll send you an email as soon as your items are ready for pick‑up.

When will I be charged for my order?

During checkout, we will place an authorization hold on your credit card. Once you pick‑up and/or ship your order we will complete the transaction. If you do not pick‑up your order within 3 days, your credit card will not be charged and the authorization hold will drop off shortly.
