.On 1?x 2? boards, center and drill 7/8? hole 10? from one end. Drill a second hole 3? from other end. Repeat on remaining boards. Smooth edges with sandpaper, if desired.
.Spray paint boards, caps and pipe ends. Allow to dry completely.
.Straighten one end of width on camo PUL. Cut fabric length to 102? length.
.Measure width of fabric. Subtract 55 from that number then divide by 2. This is the depth of the hems along the length of the PUL. On wrong side, press in the hem along both length edges. Be careful so that hot iron does not touch laminate back of fabric.
.On right side, steam press small sections of the hem for 10-15 seconds with medium heat to fuse hem in place. Stitch hem near raw edge of hem to secure.
.On wrong side, turn width edges up 2-1/4? to form casings. Press lightly to avoid fusing. Stitch casings 2? from folded edge.
.Fold PUL in half, widthwise, wrong sides together, aligning lower casing edges. Pin along top fold and press lightly. Stitch top casing 2? from folded edge.
.Insert PVC pipes in top and bottom casings.
.Align 10? top holes on 2 of the boards. Insert top PVC pipe into holes and secure with caps. Repeat on other side with 2 more boards.
.Stand up boards and spread to form a triangle. Insert bottom pipes in lower holes on boards. Secure with caps.
.Adjust boards as necessary to achieve desired positioning of tent. Tent can be folded up for storage or completed disassembled.
