Candy Cane Cookie Stacks

1. Make cookies. Prepare cookie dough following recipe directions. Press dough into pan, bake and allow to cool according to pan packaging directions. Six cookies needed for each cookie stack.
2. Coat cookies with melted candy. Melt white and green Candy Melts candy, separately, according to packaging directions. Use fork from set to dip cookies in either melted white or green candy. Place cookies on parchment paper-covered cookie sheet. Allow to cool in refrigerator approximately 10 minutes.
3. Stack cookies. Stack cookies alternating colors. Use melted candy to attach cookies, if desired. Insert candy cane into center of cookie stack.
