Candy Coated Fireworks Fruit Pops

- Fruit slices, such as watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, etc., cut into 3/4" thick slices
- Paper towels
- Food-safe scissors
1. Use the smallest star cutter (1-1/2") from set to cut stars from fruit slices. Allow fruit to dry thoroughly; pat dry with paper towels if necessary. Insert lollipop sticks into bottom edge of fruit stars.
2. Melt bright white Candy Melts&® candy according to package directions. Place fruit pops on cooling grid positioned over parchment paper. Use melted candy in cut disposable decorating bag to cover half of each piece of fruit on a diagonal. Gently tap grid to remove excess candy and smooth surface; immediately add sprinkles. Allow to set in refrigerator 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from refrigerator and cover backs of fruit stars with melted candy. Immediately add sprinkles and allow to set in refrigerator, about 10 to 15 minutes.
