CANDY CORN WRAPPED CONE
CONE PREPARATION:
1. With the kitchen knife, make a horizontal cut across the top 4 (5, 6)" of the cone and discard.
2. With the kitchen knife, make a vertical cut down the front and back 1/4 of the cone, leaving a flat surface.

WRAPPING:
1. Smear white glue on top of cone. Cut several 4 (5, 6)" lengths of A. Gently place lengths of A closely together in glued area, making sure to cover the top of the cone and using straight pins to hold the ends in place. Smear glue down front and back flat surface for 1".
2. Pulling A directly from the skein, begin wrapping the yarn around the sides of the cone, being sure to pin the end in place. Continue smearing the white glue and wrapping A, until the top 2 (2-1/2, 3)" of cone is covered. Cut A and pin end in place.
3. Smear glue down front and back flat surface, below A for 1". Pulling B directly from the skein, begin wrapping the yarn around the side of the cone, being sure to pin the end in place. Continue smearing the white glue and wrapping B, until the middle 5 (6-1/4, 7-1/2)" of cone is covered. Cut B and pin end in place.
4. Smear glue down front and back flat surface, below B for 1". Pulling C directly from the skein, begin wrapping the yarn around the side of the cone, being sure to pin the end in place. Continue smearing the white glue and wrapping C, until the remainder of the cone is covered. Cut C and pin end in place.
