my state just resently passed green law that would lead to charging up to a $1 per grocery bag.. paper or plastic, and with as many times and as much as i have to shop for that's alot of spare cash in the trash.. so for my daughter birthday i went out and bought up 30 bags...[ i only average about 25 per trip but you never know..] and pulled out fabric paints and tie dyes.. and just let the kids go nuts... we had a ball and saved the enviroment and money too.. so far this year alone we have saved $400 in bag fees...
