    7-Pc. Assorted Characters Cookie Cutter Set (top hat, boots, round cutters used)
    Parchment Paper
    Perfect Results® 17-1/4"x11-1/2" Large Cookie Pan
    10"x16" Cooling Grid
    Color Flow Mix® and Icing (recipe for full-strength and thinned on mix)
    Icing Colors: Black, Christmas Red*, Red-Red*, Orange, Rose, Kelly Green
    12" Disposable Decorating Bags
    Cake Decorating Tips: 2, 1, 5, 3
  • Favorite roll-out cookie recipe

DIRECTIONS:

*Combine Christmas Red with Red-Red for red shown.

1. Make cookies. Prepare cookie dough and roll out following recipe directions. Use top hat, boots and round cutters from set to cut out shapes. Two round cookies needed for each treat. Bake cookies on parchment paper-lined cookie pan and allow to cool following recipe directions.
2. Ice round cookies. Prepare Color Flow icing following recipe directions. Tint portions black, red, orange, rose and green. Reserve some white. Thin portions of white, black and red. Use tip 2, a cut disposable decorating bag and full-strength white icing to outline all round cookies. Use a cut disposable decorating bag and thinned white icing to fill in. Allow to set 24 hours.
3. Decorate hat. Use tip 2, a cut disposable decorating bag and full-strength black icing to outline hat and hat trim. Use a cut disposable decorating bag and thinned black icing to fill in hat. Use a cut disposable decorating bag and thinned red icing to fill in hat trim. Allow to set overnight. Use tips 1 and 3, cut disposable decorating bags and full-strength white icing to pipe alternate stripes on hat trim. Use tip 2, a cut disposable decorating bag and full-strength black icing to pipe outline trim on hat.
4. Decorate boots. Use tip 2, a cut disposable decorating bag and full-strength red icing to outline boots. Use a cut disposable decorating bag and thinned red icing to fill in boots. Allow to set overnight. Use tip 2, a cut disposable decorating bag and full-strength red icing to outline inside of boots. Use tips 1 and 3, cut disposable decorating bags and full-strength white icing to pipe alternate stripes on boots. Use tip 2, a cut disposable decorating bag and full-strength white icing to pipe dot buttons on boots.
5. Decorate facial features. Use full-strength white icing to attach head on body. Use tip 3, a cut disposable decorating bag and full-strength orange icing to pipe pull-out nose. Use tip 2, a cut disposable decorating bag and full-strength black icing to pipe in mouth and dot eyes. Use tip 1, a cut disposable decorating bag and full-strength rose icing to pipe dot cheeks.
6. Decorate accents. Use tip 3, a cut disposable decorating bag and full-strength black icing to pipe dot buttons. Use tip 5, a cut disposable decorating bag and full-strength green icing to outline and pipe in scarf. Use finger dipped in cornstarch to pat smooth. Use tip 2, a cut disposable decorating bag and full-strength red icing to pipe dots on scarf.
