With smallest needles cast on 192 (216, 234, 270) sts.

Dress
Seam the back of the skirt, leaving the back of the Yoke open. With the tail from the bind-off on the Yoke, chain 6 sts and sew down end to create a button loop. Sew button on opposite side to match. Weave in all remaining ends. Block.
Headband
Sew cast-on edge to bind-off edge of Band. Sew Leaf and Flower over seam on Band. Weave in all remaining ends. Block.
Purse
Thread drawstring through yarn-overs on Row 10. Knot ends of drawstring together. Weave in all remaining ends.
