These extra shaggy rugs are wonderfully lush and can be made to fit any decor motif. Canvas features larger holes that make it easier for beginners to learn the technique and allows for a quick project. The possibilities are astounding, you can use them on the floor, wall, sofa, bed, window or even make them into pillows, nap-mats and seat cushions. They are easy to make, it would be a wonderful family project! Rated 4 out of 5 by from COUNTRY HARVEST My daughter found this for me in the clearance aisle. I could not resist. I have looked at this in several stores, and said "someday". I love the idea of the charted graph. There is no question as to what color goes in which square. I do agree with another reviewer that the ends fray a great deal, and I also nearly ran out of one color. The cardinal and crimson were hard to decide which was which. Finally in the last two squares that featured those two colors, I realized I had probably switched them, but it still is beautiful and I love it. Thank you JoAnn's for marking it for the clearance aisle.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very pretty! I bought this kit because it looked like it would be challenging. It came out beautiful but I gave it 4 stars because of a few issues. The length of the yarn pieces varied, as did the thickness. Some colors seemed to fray at the ends more easily than others, and I barely had enough of a few colors. The instructions said there would be plenty of yarn, including extra, so when a piece would fray I'd replace it. As I got closer to finishing I realized I was cutting it very close on certain colors and I left the frayed ones alone. I literally used up every piece of yarn in a few of the colors, but I did get it finished and it's beautiful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEAUTIFUL I bought this, even though I really wasn't that excited about the picture, but wanted something for the holidays. I completed the kit and was so amazed how beautiful it turned out. This is my favorite latch hook so far! I have put it in front of my electric fireplace and it really looks amazing! The instructions were easy to follow.
