Clover Bamboo Double Point Knitting Needles 7" Set Of 5-Size 15
The special look and feel of bamboo, which improves with age, makes these Clover knitting needles an attractive addition to any knitting bag . Thanks to Clover's unique processing technique, "Takumi" needles make for smooth knitting right from the start. The more you knit with them, the smoother they become to the touch. "Takumi" needles are also 60% lighter than aluminum needles of the same size, so your hands don't tire even after long hours of knitting.

Rated 5 out of 5 by bjsknit from GREAT! Love bamboo needles for knitting, especially with double pointed needles as the stitches don't fall off as they would with metal needles.

Rated 5 out of 5 by patty from Good size for my small hands I think the quality of this brand is comparable to my Crystal Palace Bamboo needles which are slightly more expensive ($9.95/per set), more tapered, more pointed ends. I also prefer the smaller 5" Clover size over the 6" Crystal Palace since my hands are small. This review is based on sizes 0, 1 and 2. I'd like to do hats in the future and hope the larger sizes are just as good. Overall, it's an excellent deal at this price!

Rated 4 out of 5 by tina from I'm about to place my second order for these needles. I like the 5" for knitting socks. I purchased several different brands and so far these are probably my favorite not to mention also the best price.

Rated 0 out of 5 by Carol from 5 "needles too small!! Everyone that I know that has used 5" needles hates them. they are too small for knitting socks. I love this brand of bamboo needles, and they are the only ones I buy BUT I use the 7" ones. they are smooth and glide over the yarn and they don,t slip at all.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Grace from I have Every Size!!! Surprizingly these needles are still strong enough, even at the tiny sizes and have a wonderful smooth feel. I like that they feel very natural in my hands. I do wish they are a tad shorter but compared to other needles ( DPN) these are great. Collect them all!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Great for knitting socks... For most sock knitters double pointed is the way to go. These are absolutely fabulous particularly for beginners because they hold the yarn tightly no matter what your personal degree of tension is. This helps to prevent drop stitches as well as needle slippage. I would highly reccomend this product - it is well worth the investment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mary Lee from great knitting needles Wonderful product. I have used the DP needles for socks. They are light without being flimsy. Much warmer to use in the winter than the aluminum. My mom (age 80) loves the fact that they do not break the yarn-no matter they type. I'd buy a full set of these if it was offered! HINT HINT!!
