Price too High ... Temp Not So Much !
I really like this little iron, very very convenient .. I use it for my quilting, it sure beats getting up every few minutes just to iron a short stretch of sewing! It 'just' does get hot enough for that .. I add a bit of spray starch or Downy's "wrinkle releaser" to help out, {smells great and works well too} - plus I figured out to go ahead and use the iron on high, Carefully on my fabric. I've noticed too that the things "lists" to the right ! If my Dad was still living and/or my hubby was not disabled, one of them would have had me made that wooden stand the day after I brought this thing home ! :) I'm not paying the $15 for that stand ~ even though I've melted this poor excuse of one that came with it :( Overall I'm glad I got it.
Not hot enough
This little iron doesn't get hot enough. My biggest complaint though is how it lays in it's "stand"... my iron always tilts to the right. I have to constantly monitor because it tilts so far that it will touch the plastic base of it's stand and melt the far corner. I can't get the plastic off the back of my large blade now. It doesn't matter where the cord is [right, straight or left] this thing always tilts itself once in it's stand. It only happens with the large blade.

I absolutely love my iron for working on my Dear Jane quilt blocks, I keep it right by my side when paper piecing by hand.
