Rated 1 out of 5 by from Be careful I purchased this product to use with my machine embroidery business. I had previously used the white and loved it. It worked so well that I did not try the blue prior to using it on a product. It stained not only the product but the thread. I then tried it on several other items and it would not come out of any of them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Refill with baby powder! This is one of the better chalk markers and the best that Joann's offers, IMO. It's easy to handle, easy to fill, and rolls smoothly. It also leaves a fine line. Here's my tip -- refill it with baby powder! Yes, the only choice is white, but it brushes away or washes out easily. Now, if it were just a little less expensive ... but that's what coupons and sales are for.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from doesn't brush away I used this on a project we where working on at church which was polar fleece and you can not brush it off. Not good I sure hope it washes out. I tried it on a small piece too and no it didn't wash out either don't use this on something you want it to disappear on I am going to talk with Joann's about this. I can not recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A must have I love the clover pen. It rolls on the fabric smoothly and you can see the markings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from my fave I am kind of passionate about my chalks. I have quite a few different kinds, but this one is probably my fave. The roller works better in one direction than the other so make sure you know that direction before you trace. It's nice and chalky and leaves a clear mark that is super easy to brush off. I am going to buy all the different colors now, the white and blue are awesome.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from yellow chaco liner I,too, had a problem with removing the yellow chalk line on a white cotton outfit. I soaked it in warm water witha little clorox 2 cplor bleach and scrubbed and scrubbed, and it finally disappeared.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Product I used this product in pink for the first time on some dark wool. It marked so easily without moving the fabric! Such a step up from conventional pencils or chalk. Removed easily, but I always mark on the wrong side- just in case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best of the pen-style liners This is the best of the pen-style liners. The wheel turns very smoothly -- unlike some others (Fons & Porter), which hang up. Beware of the yellow chalk though -- it definitely stains and does not come out. White is the best.
