Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clover Wonder Knitter I love the clover wonder knitter. I purchased it for my granddaughter, and she hasn't tried it yet. But I did try it to show her how it works, and it is really easy to handle. Much better to use then the style I had as a kid. Thank you

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for kids of all ages I bought this kit for my 7 year old son. He is autistic with some manual dexterity issues. I wasn't sure how much help he was going to need or how long he would stay interested. But, he loved it. Needed very little help. And, sat for 3 hours straight making a long i-cord to give to a friend. There was an issue with the top being too loose. But, it was so much fun for him. He used his own allowance money to buy more yarn. I also like that there is a web sight for more ideas on how to use this tool. I may make some necklaces with it. If I can get my son to put it down.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice but too loose I bought this knitter for my knitted and felted designs and am quite satisfied with it. It makes neat cords much faster than I can knit, but these cords are too loose for most knitted projects. Still very convenient for felted projects. With a discount coupon it's even better. :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Cool Just bought it this morning and my 6 year old daughter is knitting away without any problems. I have to start it for her but I'm sure in time when she isn't so anxious she'll learn that too. I was surprised how easily it moves and how there is an even tension throughout her work. I was worried because she doesn't have patience, but totally loves this. Highly recommend this to even the little ones!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not the best This made somewhat loose icord and I didn't really like it all that much.. I had to hold the yarn tight with my left hand to keep guage. I have used looms before but never a spool. I think I might stick to my dpn

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easily Amused I bought this on a whim at my local store when it went on sale. I have the larger machine that is mounted on a table and you turn a crank and the needles move by themselves, but I thought one that I didn't need a table for would be a good thing. The instructions leave a LOT to be desired, but I muddled thru. My first project was straps for my newly knitted market bags. I had so much fun making them that they came out way too long! I have no children nor much need for miles of I-cord, but this device is so much fun I'm trying to think up reasons to use it. I would think that kids would just love it and it's handy enough to be considered a "serious tool" for any knitter's notion box.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I'm confused! I have been hand knitting for three years now and I thought I would start giving these loom type knitters a try but I am so confused with no hope in sight with this thing. I don't know if it's bad directions or me at this point. All of the other reviews seem to be making me think it is me.
