Rated 5 out of 5 by from last ruler purchase I purchased this recently because I was always having to use 2 rulers to make long straight cuts. I have been in search for a 36" ruler that will make it easier to cut long pieces of fabric.....not many places carry that size and if the did it was expensive. I looked at Joann's and found one at 37" and I could use my coupon. I am one happy camper :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use I love love ALL the Cutting Edge rulers. Markings are easy to read and ruler is clear so you can easily see the fabric underneath the ruler. Not sure if my blades last any longer with the sharpening edge feature but defionitely enjoy being able to easily read the markings, and ruler is well worth the money when it's on sale! Ruler is very sturdy and markings do not fade over time. I have almost every size ruler available. Wish they made a 15.5" x 15.5" sq ruler. Love the 37" ruler length esp when cutting on wider width fabric.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This ruler features a 'sharpening' edge on one side, which at first i was thrilled with as it seemed to really help my dulling rotery cutter blade - but maybe as I worked I hurriedly placed the blade ON the edge, and not next to it, as the blade then was completely dulled and had to be replaced.
