Total Perfection!
Sulky threads have always been my "go to" for machine embroidery. I have used this amazing thread to embroider a design onto a set of white sheets - pure white. When I was done with the designs, I thought; "I'm making to sell, but what if it bleeds out?" So, I loaded the washer up, my beautifully embroidered white sheets, pillow cases, put my detergent in - and then I added a lot of bleach - had to make sure it wouldn't run! Ran the entire cycle on hot water - and LO & BEHOLD! My SULKY threads went above and beyond about staying in place,! None bleached out, none ran, they came out exactly as when they were stitched into my oh so white sheet set.! I use SULKY THREADS on everything I embroidery on. True to color, and I've never had negative feedback on any work involving Sulky Threads. (used reds, blacks, golds, on the sheets)

Beautiful Thread!
This thread is on the very shiny silky side. It's surprisingly slightly darker in-person (Wine), I was hoping for this too. Two-ply rayon. It's very strong and survived my sewing machine.
It feels very luxurious and I'm always on the lookout for projects to do so that I can use it more often.

Great thread for Embroidery
Love how this thread looks and works wonderful in my Brother Designio Embroidery Machine! I also buy the 1500 yard spools and they work great too. Love the variety of colors. I think some of the negative reviews sound like they are using it for standard sewing-this is embroidery thread 40 wt. Will keep buying!

Love this thread
I love this thread, I have a Husqvarna Viking Topaz 50 and it works great, beautiful stitch out, I just slow my speed down on the machine and sit back and watch the magic.
I only buy when on sale but I love this thread so much that if I really needed it I would pay full price.

Looks gorgeous but not very strong
I used this thread for a project with satin, and let me tell you it looks absolutely wonderful with shiny fabrics. However, the brand claims that the thread is “silky, shiny, and strong.” It is most definitely not strong. I haven’t had problems with it breaking in the machine, but this thread is a no-go if you’re going to be doing gathering or sometimes even hand sewing.
