Create Your Own Fairy Tale! This is a must have paper stack from Die Cuts With A View! "Once upon a time" is written in a traditional storybook font and then covered in pressed on glitter so that it does not rub off.
Include me in all the rave reviews about this paper stack. I have used this on several projects, and have recently used several of the pages for a Halloween Mini Scrapbook. Many of the pages relate well for Halloween. This is a little different than most of the replies posted about Princess's and Fairy Tales. The weight of this paper is way to heavy to be called a "paper" pack.
I was introduced to this pack by my friend who actually had it and we were at a scrapbooking retreat. I had pictures from a DisneyWorld vacation we had recently went on and found so many pages that fit my need. I am currently ordering another one to use as I have other ideas for it. There were so may beautiful pages, and they come in twos for your double spreds. I can't say enough about this pack. So i'm ordering another.
I am using this paper to create scrapbooks of my mom parents lives. We have lots of black and white pictures that we found after my parents passed away 2 years ago. I'm making one for me and one for both of my sisters documenting their lives from their marriage forward. They were depression children, so there aren't many pictures, but enough to hopefully make a great album for each of us. The paper is perfect for a reflection on their lives.
I got this paper for Christmas and I would pay full price for it, all the pages are so beautiful, great colors, great images.
Bought this for the beauty and didn't even have a plan for it, but then we got a wedding invitation for my neice so on the happily ever after page I sent a Congratulations card in the mail by writing the message on the page and then folding it into threefold, cut off the ends to make the size of a #10 envelope and put a seal on to hold it closed, added a regular stamp and voila an instant card. One of the other ornate pages I intend tto use as a birth certificate type card to send to another neice who just had a baby.
This is a another adorable 12x12 DCWV stack, but I haven't decided how to use some of the pages that have large design elements in the center of the pages. I may cut out those images and use them as "die cuts" but all-in-all, this is a perfect stack for princess/girl/Disney themed layouts. The smaller stacks are great for birthday cards too!
I bought this stack 50% in the store. I used it for a scrapbook to document my parent's vacation to England. It was perfect for this. I think it would work for many European countries too. Heavy paper that is really pretty. I would buy it again on sale.
I'm new to scrapping, so maybe it was my stack but the glue was so thick it made it difficult to get pages apart and i have no idea how to get that glue off the page without ripping it. Glitter stays on the page and not me. I have the mat stack and it has the same problem. Still I love it and have used at least half the stack.
