DIRECTIONS:

*Combine Lemon Yellow with Golden Yellow for yellow shown.

1. Make cookies. Prepare cookie dough and roll out following recipe directions. Use Santa hat, boots and round cutters from set to cut out shapes. Two round cookies needed for each treat. Bake cookies on parchment paper-lined cookie pan and allow to cool following recipe directions.
2. Ice round cookies. Prepare Color Flow icing following recipe directions. Tint portions yellow, blue, black and orange. Reserve some white. Thin portions of yellow and white icing. Use tip 2, a cut disposable decorating bag and full-strength white icing to outline round cookies. Use a cut disposable decorating bag and thinned white icing to fill in. Allow to set 24 hours.
3. Decorate hat. Use tip 2, a cut disposable decorating bag and full-strength yellow icing to outline hat. Use tip 2, a cut disposable decorating bag and full-strength white icing to outline hat trim. Use a cut disposable decorating bag and thinned yellow icing to fill in hat. Use a cut disposable decorating bag and thinned white icing fill in hat trim. Immediately use tip 2, a cut disposable decorating bag and full-strength blue icing to pipe dots. Allow to set overnight. Use tip 1, a cut disposable decorating bag and full-strength white icing to pipe lines on hat trim and pull-out dots on hat pompom.
4. Decorate boots. Use tip 2, a cut disposable decorating bag and full-strength blue icing to outline boots. Use a cut disposable decorating bag and thinned blue icing fill in boots. Allow to set overnight. Use tip 1, a cut disposable decorating bag and full-strength white icing to pipe laces on boots.
5. Decorate scarf. Use full-strength white icing to attach head on body. Use tip 5, a cut disposable decorating bag and full-strength yellow icing to pipe scarf. Use finger dipped in cornstarch to pat smooth. Use tip 2, a cut disposable decorating bag and full-strength blue icing to pipe stripes and fringe on scarf. Use tip 2, a cut disposable decorating bag and full-strength yellow icing to pipe additional fringe on scarf.
6. Decorate facial features. Use tip 2, a cut disposable decorating bag and full-strength black icing to pipe dot eyes. Use tip 1, a cut disposable decorating bag and full-strength white icing to pipe dot eye highlight. Use tip 1, a cut disposable decorating bag and full-strength black icing to pipe outline mouth. Use tip 3, a cut disposable decorating bag and full-strength orange icing to pipe pull-out nose.
