1.Lay the wreath on the table.  Gather the ends of both colors of mesh and trim ends with scissors.  Pin the ends to the inside edge of the wreath.  Measure out about 12" to 14” and gather the mesh together again at this point.  Pin the gathered section to the outside edge of the wreath.  There should be a loop of each color across the top of the wreath.  Now crisscross the colors and measure out another 12" to 14”.   Gather together and pin the gathered section at the inside edge of the wreath.  There should be four loops of alternating colors across the top of the wreath.  Continue this process of alternating and pinning colors of mesh at the inside and outside edges of the wreath to completely cover.

2.For the hanger cut two 30” pieces of 1” yellow ribbon.  Lay the ribbons crisscrossed evenly across the backside of the wreath.  Secure the ends with pins to the wreath evenly spaced.  Hang the chandelier..

3. Cut long lengths of ribbon or raffia and pin them into the wreath evenly spaced.  Allow the ribbons to hang from various lengths.  Glue the flower blossoms to the ribbon about 7” apart as shown.
