Rated 1 out of 5 by Chris from Doesn't work for me either I've tried it several times and generally give up. Once in a while it works. I'll try the tips given in these reviews, but I don't see how you can hold the thread taut on both sides, hold the needle down, and push the lever unless you have three hands.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Maggie B from Works very well. As I was working on a needle-turn applique project with a very slim needle, this threader has been very helpful. I am glad I got it on sale!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Chicstick from Large enough for someone who is blind in one eye I bought this because I am blind in one eye and after my husband looked at the video on line about the Clover desk needle threader he suggested we purchase this so I could keep sewing, embroiderying and cross stitching. I can now thread my needles by myself. How great and wonderful that is.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Jadxia from Overpriced I can't get it to work half the time. You have to hold the needle down and keep the threat taut at the same time for it to push through, and then try it 3-4 times. With that much effort, it's easier just to use a cheap needle threader, especially with my arthritic fingers. It was an interesting novelty, but not the most practical one, and costs way more than it is worth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Karie from Fantastic Threaded! This threader is fantastic! Dropping the needle, eye end first in the hole and the thread straddled across a notch I can thread a micro size 12 between needle in the blink of an eye. If anyone has problems with it I suspect they were not inserting the correct end of the needle in the threader. Pinching the thread on either side of the case to assure that the thread is seated at the bottom of the notch and to create of little bit of tension in the thread, not so much that the thread can't be pushed throught the eye of the needle, is key for this threader to function right. My fine-motor-skill challenged five year old can do it.

Rated 0 out of 5 by Silver Fox from Don't Waste Your Money This is an expensive piece of junk. It only works about half the time, if you are lucky. I tried more than one to make sure mine was not mine was not defective. Same results when I tried it and my friends did too. If you want to find one that really works, treat yourself to a Infila. They are usually just a few dollars and work well. Don't waste your money!
