- Main Color (MC) Crisp White, 1 ball or 44 yds/40 m
- Contrast A Cool Grey, 1 ball or 39 yds/35 m
- Contrast B Lively Lime, 1 ball or 33 yds/30 m
- Note: 1 ball of each of all shades will make 14 Dishcloths.
- Size U.S. 6 (4 mm) knitting needles or size needed to obtain gauge.
- Tape measure
Approx 9" [23 cm] square.
21 sts and 28 rows = 4” [10 cm] in stocking st.
Note: Slip all slipped sts purlwise.
With B, cast on 54 sts.
Knit 3 rows (garter st), noting 1st row is WS and inc 3 sts evenly across last row. 57 sts.
Proceed in Diamond Pat as follows:
**1st row: (RS). With A, K3. *Sl1P. K9. Rep from * to last 4 sts. Sl1P. K3.
2nd and alt rows: K2. Knit all knit sts, and slip all slipped sts from previous row as follows: (yf. Sl1P. yb) to last 2 sts. K2.
