How To Get It

Stitch this set of exquisitely detailed ornaments to add to your holiday decor or as a special handmade gift for a dear friend or family member. When placed together on the tree, these designs from the Gold Collection by Dimensions create a lovely Christmas village. Instructions included for stitching and assembling. Also needed but not included: thick craft glue and quilt batting. Designed by Brian Jackins.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Happy with results My first ornament took about 10 weeks to finish all the stitches and details. I separated the thread, taped to individual note cards and placed similar colors in ziplock bags. I’ve just washed it and now have to put it together as an ornament. It helped to enlarge the pattern on my printer in black and white. I used the color pattern to add the details.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than I could have hoped. I have been looking at this kit for years hoping that my eyesight would not give out before I could afford it. It is so much better than I dared to hope. As I expected with a Dimensions kit the presorted floss cards have been changeling to match with the instructions, but I knew what I was getting into with this brand. It makes the accomplishment that much more satisfying The charts are in color, yeah. I had to enlarge them each to 8.5 x 11 at the copy store, but that is just my failing eyes needing assistance and well worth the effort and expense as they enlarged beautifully. I am having so much fun with them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Christmas gifts I made 2 of these for gifts last year. the patterns look hard at first, but they really are quite easy to follow. I LOVE that the thread came pre-sorted and named. I struggled getting the needle through the fabric quite often. I did not put the gold trim on the edges and they still turned out fine.
