Rated 1 out of 5 by from Thumbs Down Not good for long time holds, will come apart in wash. I only used this item for small quick sewing holds, but later came back in with my sewing machine to fix the problem correctly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible stuff I bought this stuff by mistake because the tube and package resemble "unique Stitch". This stuff is horrible. Unique stitch goes on as a paste and does not bleed through fabric. Bond holds through everything. It is great. Liquid stitch squirts out and is uncontrollable. Seeps through and shows through your quilting fabric. Quilter's beware!

Rated 0 out of 5 by from Bad stuff Thought I ordered "Unique stitch". Received "liquid stitch". Ordered several tubes. This stuff is totally dried up. Is JoAnn's shipping very old stuff??

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't follow the rules..lol I use an iron after gluing to baste in place until I sew it down. You can sew right through it. I use it to put the binding on my quilts. Once I have the binding ironed like I want it, I put a little glue under the binding and iron in place, then sew it down...no need to hand bind! It works great on appliques also. I also used it to hold the handles of a bag in place until I stitched it permanently. There are lots of uses for this product and I love it. I have patched jeans and it works like a charm if you iron it on before you wash it. I know, I know, you are not supposed to iron it but you will love this product if you "Don't follow the rules!"

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My own rules I know the instructions said, "DO NOT IRON UNTIL DRY", well I am always in a hurry. I did iron it while putting on binding around a quilt. I loved it! I first pressed the binding the way I wanted it and then I put a little of this glue under the binding and hand pressed into place. When I got it how I wanted it, I pressed it with a hot iron and it stuck just perfect. I know it wasn't intended to be used like this but it worked just great for me!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product I've used this for years on many different things; even curtains. I have never had a problem when I wash it except once when I first starting using it. I did not use enough or didn't let it dry long enough. I've hemmed pants, applied patches, repaired a torn coat etc. Let it dry for 24 hours.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Handy Dandy This stuff comes in handy. I've used it on stretch material - when sewing a patch wouldn't work. Even used it to make a pillow out of kids old tee shirt instead of sewing.
