So easy even a GUY can use it.
Though I can and do sew ( yes ladies, there are still some guys that can) I LOVE this stuff. It makes hemming very quick. I follow it up with a stitch,just because. I am not sure why other reviewers are having issues but it works great for me. I found that you HAVE to use steam ( be sure to use a cloth to cover your item so as not to burn it)...
Great results!
I've used this to adhere patches to martial arts uniforms, then did a quick hand-stitch around the edges. For me, it greatly shortened the time, and produced great results! I've also used it to hem dress pants for my son. The hem came out looking great. I am coming back for more, to make sure I don't run out of this stuff.
Waste of money
I tried this to hem pants and a jacket. I tried it on the jacket first and it wouldn't even melt on the fabric. I held the iron on a damp cloth on the hem for more than 10 seconds and nothing. Complete waste of money. NOt sure what this polyamide is that its made of but, don;t waste your money or time on using it. I won't.
Stitch Witchery
I am using it now and cannot get it to work cotton to cotton. Fabric glue would be better.

I LOVE this product! I use this to hem my pants. It's quick and it's easy! No sewing basket should be without this product!
Works great on bike shorts
I ripped a pair of bike shorts and this did a great job with patching the rip.
