I have almost completed this throw - I decided to make a throw / blanket as a gift in main colour of cream, and highlight colours of grey and red in a lovely soft merino wool. It cost a bit more, but worth it. It has required a few row pullouts simply because I'd lost my place, but overall very simple to do. Its taken me approx 2 months, but I usually only get an hour or two a few nights a week to knit. I've had lots of compliments from family, as well as from people at work (and even a stranger or two on the train) whilst in progress. It does look really nice, and if you choose the right colours, and the right yarn, it looks a lot better than the image. I'm looking forward to presenting it as a gift!
