Rated 1 out of 5 by from Won't turn on! I bought this battery operated engraver thinking it would be easier to use than one I would have to plug in. I have tried every way possible to place the batteries in, despite the pitcutres showing the proper way to insert the batteries and the darn thing will still not turn on. I have also tried new/other batteries in case the batteries I was using were bad, and still, nothing. When I slide the power button to the on position it buzzes for a second like it wants to turn on but goes right off. I do not know if it is the switch that is faulty or if the entire tool is just poor quality, but I will certainly be sending it back! I like the size and design of it. It seems like it would be easy to use if the darn thing worked! Hopefully I can find another one similar to it that actually works!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty Darn Good I like using this to put my name on tools in my garage. I used it today to engrave my storage key so I wouldn't get it mixed up with my other keys. It's not super heavy duty, but it does the job of engraving fairly ok. I would recommend this item to anyone who needs to mark their belongings.
