Update: Save ur money: broke after about 50 punches
I must add that EK success has redeemed itself by offering to send me a replacement punch as a one time courtesy, even thou mine was out of warranty. It makes me feel good to know they stand behind their products, especially since I own so many of their punches (many are Stampin Up). I'm giving 5 stars, so it will average out the 1 I gave and be a 3, if that makes sense to you.
not working for me
I bought this punch thinking I could use this 3 different ways. The basic background punch does not line up correctly so all I get is an impression - not a clear cut. The other 2 levels cut completely fine. Not so happy with this product. Wish it colud be replaced by a new one- but don't want to spend the amount again.

Had a problem with my first punch but I got wonderful costumer service and they replaced it right away and now I'm just loving it!! It's so pretty with all the different features .
