Description

White Gift Frame

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

  • 5"x7" Gallery Wide True White tabletop frame
  • Paper pad:
    • 6"x12" patterned paper to fit inside frame
    • Coordinating paper for embellishment
  • Chipboard tags kit
  • Adhesive gems
  • Felt square
  • Ribbon 6" of 1/2" satin ribbon
  • Hot-glue gun & glue sticks
  • Scissors
  • Ruler

DIRECTIONS:

1. Remove the tabletop backer board & glass from the back of the frame. Remove the current insert sheet.
2. Select a patterned paper to feature inside the frame.
3. Trace around the tabletop backer board of the frame onto the back side of the printed paper. Cut to fit into the frame. Return the glass & backer board. Secure tabletop back in place.
4. Using either the same printed paper used inside the frame or select a coordinating print. Cut out leaf-shapes. Cut two to create a front & back of the leaf.
5. Cut out a flower shape from a felt square. Cut out a second flower a little larger to be layered with the first.
6. Cut a paper flower from leftover patterned paper to slip between the two pieces of felt. Glue all layers. Place an adhesive gem in center of flower.
7. Glue the paper leaves to the frame. Glue the flower over the paper leaves, allowing them to show on either side of the flower and extend over the top & down the side of the frame.
8. Add remaining adhesive gems to the other three corners of the frame.
9. Select two identical chipboard tags.
10. Measure & cut a 6" length of ribbon. Glue one end between the two chipboard tags. Attach to the frame.

Black Gift Frame

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:

  • 8"x10" Jewel Mat Black frame
  • Paper pad:
    • 6"x12" patterned paper to fit inside frame
    • Coordinating paper for embellishment
  • Chipboard tags kit
  • Adhesive gems
  • Ruler
  • Scissors

DIRECTIONS:

1. Remove the tabletop backer board & glass from the back of the frame. Remove the current insert sheet.
2. Select a patterned paper to feature inside the frame.
3. Trace around the tabletop backer board of the frame onto the back side of the printed paper. Cut to fit into the frame. Return the glass & backer board. Secure tabletop back in place.
4. Using the leftover printed paper, cut out smaller versions of the patterns in a variety of sizes.
5. Glue the cut-out patterns over the same size or larger image. Glue on top of the glass to create a 3-dimensional appearance to the frame.
6. Add adhesive gems to the centers of the patterns glued to the top of the glass.
7. Select a chipboard tag, two identical tags from kit. Glue front to back.
8. Measure & cut a 6”? length of ribbon. Glue one end between the two chipboard tags. Attach to the frame.
