Patrick Howe is an artist, author and teacher based in Seattle, Washington. He spent many years working as an award-winning graphic designer and art director for companies such as Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Eddie Bauer and REI. Patrick is the author of several books, including "Dramatic Light," and he teaches many painting classes around Seattle.

3 . Mediums: Gamsol, refined linseed oil, cold wax medium and Galkyd Lite
4 . Brushes: Bristle filberts and brights, liner brush, chip brushes and soft hair round
5 . Gloves

Lesson 1 : Materials

Lesson 2 : Essential Mediums
