Q: What products are excluded from coupons and promotional codes?

Q: How Do I Use Coupons and Promotion Codes?

A: At this time you may only use coupons which expressly state "Online" OR "In-Store and Online." If your coupon does not seem to be working, please check the following:

• Did you type in the coupon?s promotion code correclty?
• Is the coupon date valid?
• Is the coupon able to be used Online or is it valid In-Store Only?
• Are you trying to use the coupon on an item which is excluded from coupon use? Please read the coupon exclusion language or review the product copy for any exclusion notes.
  
  

We can only accept ONE coupon or promotional code per order on Joann.com®. Online promotional codes cannot be used on Special Orders. We do not offer printable coupons on the Web site for use in stores.

Q: Can I save items in my shopping cart for purchase at a later date?

A: Yes. Items placed in your shopping cart and not purchased will remain for 30 days. Your saved shopping cart is accessible only from the computer where it was created. To access your cart from multiple locations, please click on My Account and create an account.
