Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very difficult experience with on-line ordering and shipping. Nothing wrong with the zippers, but my experience with ordering online was abysmal. First of all, the store is quite a distance, so I wanted my entire order to be shipped. The website is confusing so for some reason part of my order was supposed to be shipped, and the other part was for pick-up (didn't want to pick up). So I get this notice that my order was going to be cancelled if I didn't hurry on down and pick it up. So I tried to cancel the remaining order that was supposed to be shipped (still in process) so I could just buy them all at the store. Unfortunately, once you order on-line you can't cancel. I was advised by customer service that once it's shipped, you can get a refund and they want YOU to advise them. Well, after advising multiple times, I still don't have a refund. The whole process has taken more than 3 weeks, and for something as simple as a couple of zippers, for the cost of delivery and extended delays, I'll just order from Amazon. This is just ridiculous. If you're in a hurry, don't bother. If you want to cancel, don't bother. If you want your refund...don't hold your breath.
