Rated 1 out of 5 by from Quilt frame I bought this a month ago. It looks great, but it's not steady and the nuts that hold the loop loosen too often. It's also too tall when I am sitting down. It makes hand quilting painful on my neck and shoulders. I bought it because it was cheaper than the lap quilt stand. I should have spent the extra money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Definitely Needed This! Bought this to help me while cross-stitching a large afghan - I desperately needed this. It's made life so much easier. Nothing else I tried worked this well. That said - I had to raise it (used a couple of 2" x 4" boards) and then needed to make sure that every time I moved the afghan frame back and forth that the screws holding the hoop to the frame stayed in place. I bought a package of 1/2" corner braces at the local chain hardware store and used them to cover the top of the screws. After doing those 2 things, I've been absolutely thrilled with the performance of the stand and very glad I made the purchase.

Rated 0 out of 5 by from Flimsy After reading the rave reviews, I thought I'd try one. Bad decision. It is so flimsy, it's very frustrating to use and it needs further bracing to keep it from wiggleing. If this was sold in the stores, I doubt any would be sold. Nice wood is all I can say.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not worth it. Easy to put together but hard to stay together. I like the hieght and the tilt and it's easy to move from one room to another but it just won't stay together. It cost too much time for me to stop quilting and put the pieces back together. I had my husband tighten all the bolts but it still comes apart. Very disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works fine! I have had the hoop with frame about a year and it works fine. It is handy to use and store. It adjusts easily. I'm pleased with it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Has some issues, but good overall I've had mine for only a little over a year, and I've come accross some issues with it. The screws have come out of the bottom of the frame and had to be glued back in, the screw on the top got too loose and couldnt be tightened (the rounded part just turned too), things like that. The size is nice for me, and, as a college student who enjoys going home on the weekends, I enjoy that it can be broken down and easily transported from my dorm to my house. The hoop works wonders, it is only the stand that I have had issues with. Overall, I highly reccomend this to someone who has not used a quilting frame before, or someone who doesn't do a whole lot of quilting. If you plan to do a LOT of quilting, I'd suggest a higher quality frame.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It works I like this frame, even though the quality is not the greatest, but since I bought it on sale, the price was OK. It's helping me alot now when I work on my cross stitching, so that both of my hands are free, and its height from the floor is good.
