Rated 5 out of 5 by from Definitely Needed This! Bought this to help me while cross-stitching a large afghan - I desperately needed this. It's made life so much easier. Nothing else I tried worked this well. That said - I had to raise it (used a couple of 2" x 4" boards) and then needed to make sure that every time I moved the afghan frame back and forth that the screws holding the hoop to the frame stayed in place. I bought a package of 1/2" corner braces at the local chain hardware store and used them to cover the top of the screws. After doing those 2 things, I've been absolutely thrilled with the performance of the stand and very glad I made the purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hand quilting I have used this quilt frame for many years to hand quilt and really enjoy using it. I have made about 45 regular, queen, and king size quilts using this frame. I like it because it takes up such a small space and I can be in the same room with my family while I am quilting. And it is so easy to put the quilt into the frame.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Has some issues, but good overall I've had mine for only a little over a year, and I've come accross some issues with it. The screws have come out of the bottom of the frame and had to be glued back in, the screw on the top got too loose and couldnt be tightened (the rounded part just turned too), things like that. The size is nice for me, and, as a college student who enjoys going home on the weekends, I enjoy that it can be broken down and easily transported from my dorm to my house. The hoop works wonders, it is only the stand that I have had issues with. Overall, I highly reccomend this to someone who has not used a quilting frame before, or someone who doesn't do a whole lot of quilting. If you plan to do a LOT of quilting, I'd suggest a higher quality frame.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's super! I handpieced a wallh hanging, and for sure I needed to hand quilt it..With a hand held hoop, I had a hard time controlling the hoop and my stitches..I am not sorry whatso ever to purchase this item online. Tilting the frame makes handquilting a piece of cake!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from terrifically great I was doing a hand needle work crib quilt. Constantly moving around to keep a good grip on my project. And still wrist & elbo getting tired. When I got this frame right away tried it our with this and yes it is so much easier to use that I saw it earlier. I'm glad your are on line to find such great tools, etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hand Quilter's Will Love It! This quilting frame is nicely sized, easy to assemble, and allows you to sit in a cozy chair and quilt for hours without strain! The tiltable top allows for comfortable stitching and the frame is constructed of a lightweight pine which makes it effortless to move.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Quilt frame I bought this a month ago. It looks great, but it's not steady and the nuts that hold the loop loosen too often. It's also too tall when I am sitting down. It makes hand quilting painful on my neck and shoulders. I bought it because it was cheaper than the lap quilt stand. I should have spent the extra money.

Rated 0 out of 5 by from Flimsy After reading the rave reviews, I thought I'd try one. Bad decision. It is so flimsy, it's very frustrating to use and it needs further bracing to keep it from wiggleing. If this was sold in the stores, I doubt any would be sold. Nice wood is all I can say.
